🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Product availability and delivery time are shown separately. The availability information on each product page tells you when the item is expected to be dispatched. The delivery method then tells you how long the parcel should take to arrive after dispatch.
Stock location: products may be held at one of our UK distribution centres or supplied directly by a manufacturer or distributor. An item shown as in stock is not necessarily available for collection from Birmingham. Please wait for confirmation of the collection location before travelling.
Standard Delivery: in-stock items normally arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Products that are available to order will follow the expected dispatch date or estimated lead time shown on the product page.
Priority Delivery: eligible in-stock items normally arrive the next working day from dispatch. This service may not be available for manufacturer-direct, oversized or back-ordered products.
Free Standard Delivery: available on qualifying UK mainland orders over £250. Promotional delivery offers, including qualifying Sealey promotions, may have separate minimum-spend requirements.
Orders containing products from different suppliers or dispatch locations may arrive separately. You will not be charged again where an order is split into more than one consignment.
Trade Counter Collection: collection is available from Compressed Air Systems UK, 15 Fortnum Close, Kitts Green, Birmingham, B33 0LG, during our normal opening hours. Please wait until we have confirmed that the order is ready and physically available at Birmingham before travelling. Products held at other distribution centres or supplied directly by a manufacturer may not be available for Birmingham collection.
Order processing: orders for eligible in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM may be processed the same working day. This is not a guaranteed dispatch time and excludes weekends, bank holidays, supplier-direct items and products with stated lead times.

We only share information with trusted third parties where permission has been provided. We operate fraud prevention processes and may verify identity details using appropriate agencies and databases as part of order processing.

💳 Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Website prices are shown both excluding VAT and including VAT for convenience. Unless clearly stated otherwise, quotations and commercial pricing are provided net of VAT.
Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. If an obvious pricing, stock or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before accepting or processing it and will provide a full refund where the order cannot proceed.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed by us, the time taken for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider and may take several working days.
Promotional codes and free-delivery offers are subject to their stated qualifying products, minimum spend and validity period.
🧾 Ordering
You can browse and add products to your basket without creating an account. To place an order, you will need to provide the billing, delivery and contact details required to process it.
Creating an account is optional but can make future checkout quicker and provides access to saved addresses and order history.
Please check product availability, expected dispatch information, delivery options and order details carefully before completing checkout.
📦 Out of Stock Policy
Stock levels can change quickly, particularly where products are supplied directly by a manufacturer or distributor. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with the latest information and available options.
Stock is held across our UK distribution network and at supplier or manufacturer locations. The stock-location guidance shown on a product page is general and may vary as inventory moves. Contact us if the exact dispatch or collection location is important.
Where a confirmed supplier date is available, the product page will show an Expected dispatch date. Where no confirmed date is available, an estimated lead time may be shown based on the product brand and our latest stock information.
Available to order means the product can be purchased but is not available for immediate dispatch. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after the product has been dispatched, unless a different delivery service is selected and available.
Supplier dates and lead times are estimates only. They may be affected by production schedules, stock allocation, customs, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

↩️ Returns & Replacements
Goods must not be returned without prior authorisation. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide the correct return instructions.
Approved returns must be unused, complete, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition unless the return relates to a fault or another statutory right.
Where a supplier applies a restocking or cancellation charge, this may be passed on where legally permitted. Bespoke, made-to-order, specially sourced, used, installed or damaged goods may not be returnable unless faulty.
Return carriage and any applicable collection, inspection or processing costs will be confirmed before the return is authorised. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For damaged, incorrect or faulty goods, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate so that we can arrange the correct next step.
