🚚 Shipping & Delivery
If the item is marked as “In stock (can be back ordered)”, it is in stock and ready to ship in line with our shipping policy. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 days, with next-day delivery available at checkout where offered.
Orders containing multiple items or promotional items may be dispatched from different locations and can arrive in multiple packages.
Trade Counter Collection: You can collect orders directly from our trade counter during business hours.
If an item is marked “Available on Back Order” or “Out of Stock”, it may be made to order by our in-house team and typically delivered within 7–14 working days. Contact us for an ETA.
Same-day processing: cut-off time is 2:00 PM (UK). If your order is urgent, reply to your order confirmation and we’ll do our best to help.

We only share information with trusted third parties where permission has been provided. We operate fraud prevention processes and may verify identity details using appropriate agencies and databases as part of order processing.

💳 Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We do everything we can to keep pricing accurate and consistent. Prices may change without notice. If you have ordered and paid, we reserve the right to reject an order and provide a full refund where required.
We sell through multiple channels and cannot always control pricing shown on third-party sites.
🧾 Ordering
You can browse and add items to your basket without creating an account. To purchase, you will need to provide an email address. Creating an account can make checkout faster and provides access to order history and tracking.
📦 Out of Stock Policy
Inventory can fluctuate. An item shown as “in stock” at the time of order may become unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise next steps, including cancellation options if preferred.

↩️ Returns & Replacements
If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 working days. A restocking charge may apply. Please contact us before returning items so we can confirm the correct process.
For replacements, please contact our team to arrange. Delivery/processing charges may apply where relevant.
