The Compressor Packages range is designed to give buyers a clearer route to a complete, compatible compressed-air system. Packages may combine a compressor, receiver, refrigerated dryer, filtration, condensate treatment, hose, fittings or application-specific air tools depending on the selected product.

Variable-Speed Compressor Packages

The current Tanair VSD package range combines the main components required for a complete workshop or light-industrial compressed-air installation. The current range covers 5.5, 7.5, 11 and 22 kW outputs, from approximately 19 to 112 CFM. Each system combines a variable-speed compressor with a matched refrigerated dryer and three-stage filtration, air receiver and oil-water separator.

• 5.5 kW package: approximately 19 CFM with 500-litre receiver.
• 7.5 kW package: approximately 32 CFM with 500-litre receiver.
• 11 kW package: approximately 46 CFM with 500-litre receiver.
• 22 kW package: approximately 112 CFM with 1000-litre receiver.
• 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase electrical supply across the VSD package range.
• Matched TAN-RD refrigerated dryers with three-stage filtration.
• Oil-water separation selected to suit the package airflow.
• Grouped products requiring a quantity of one for each listed component.

Workshop Compressor-and-Tool Packages

• Nuair NB2800B/100/3M TECH PRO belt-driven piston compressor.
• 12.5 CFM nominal displacement.
• 100-litre compressed air receiver.
• 2.2 kW / 3 HP, 230 V single-phase motor.
• 13-amp electrical supply arrangement.
• Maximum pressure of 10 bar / 145 psi.
• Pressure regulator, gauges and quick-release outlet.
• Portable frame with handle and wheels.

Check the Tool Air Requirement

The compressor must provide enough free air delivery for the intended tool, not simply enough pressure. Intermittent tools may operate successfully where continuous-demand tools would exceed the compressor's available airflow.

• Check the tool's required CFM at its operating pressure.
• Allow time for the receiver to recover during intermittent work.
• Use a suitable internal-diameter hose to minimise pressure loss.
• Drain condensate from the receiver regularly.
• Use filtration or lubrication where the connected tool requires it.
• Do not use lubricated compressor air for breathing applications.
