Tanair 1/2″ BSP Air Regulator ⏐ Pressure Reducing Valve 10 Bar with Mounting Bracket
SKU: r15634-c-mb
Are you looking to regulate the air between your tank and the appliance you’ve connected the piping to? Our regulators are used to lower the pressure, so the specific application you use, doesn’t receive a higher pressure than it can actually handle. This is critical to so many applications.
So how does it work? Air pressure regulators reduce the supply of air pressure to a lower outlet pressure and maintain it despite fluctuations in the inlet pressure. Compressed air comes in through the inlet and flows out the the regulator outlet. Outlet pressure is made exactly the same as the set pressure.
How do you adjust an air regulator?
Set your outlet pressure by turning the regulator knob clockwise. To decrease, turn counter – clockwise. You may need to set the regulator slightly higher than the air tool recommendation to compensate for the pressure drop of the air hose or piping. You can check the pressure, by using a gauge (sold separately). Are you in need of a solution to regulate the air pressure between your tank and the appliance you’ve connected? Look no further! Our high-quality air regulators are specifically designed to lower and control pressure, ensuring that your application receives only the amount of pressure it can safely handle. This regulation is vital for the optimal performance and longevity of countless applications.
So, how does it function? Air pressure regulators take in compressed air through the inlet, expertly reducing the supply to a precise, lower outlet pressure. This maintained outlet pressure remains stable even when there are fluctuations in the inlet pressure, providing consistent performance. Air flows smoothly from the inlet to the outlet, delivering the exact pressure you need for your tasks.
Adjusting an air regulator is simple and user-friendly. To set your desired outlet pressure, simply turn the regulator knob clockwise to increase the pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease it. Keep in mind that you may need to set the regulator slightly higher than the recommended pressure for your air tool to account for any pressure drops along the air hose or piping. For added convenience, you can monitor the pressure with a gauge (sold separately).
Inside the box, you will find: 1 x Air Regulator 1/2″ BSP (Pressure Reducing Valve) rated for 10 Bar, complete with a sturdy mounting bracket for easy installation. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with precise air pressure regulation!
