Fixed-speed rotary screw compressor workstations combining the compressor, air receiver, refrigerated dryer, dual filtration and automatic condensate management in one integrated industrial package.
One Workstation for Air Generation, Storage and Treatment
G-TEC is designed for sites that want a compact, coordinated compressed-air installation rather than sourcing the compressor, receiver and air-treatment equipment separately.
The range covers 7.5 to 22 kW model families, with 8, 10 and 13 bar options. Smaller and mid-range models are offered with 270 or 500 litre receivers, while the larger 18.5 and 22 kW models use 500 litre receivers.
Integrated Dryer
Refrigerated drying is built into every G-TEC workstation in this range.
Dual Filtration
5 micron pre-filtration and 1 micron coalescing filtration are integrated into the package.
DNAir2 Control
Central control for compressor operation, dryer status, alarms and maintenance information.
Low-Noise Package
Acoustic enclosure and integrated layout support installation close to many working areas.

Choose the Package Around the Application
270 Litre Receiver
A compact storage option for G-TEC 7.5, 11, 15 and 16 families where floor space matters.
500 Litre Receiver
Provides greater stored air volume for demand peaks and is standard on the larger 18.5 and 22 families.
8 Bar
Usually provides the highest airflow where the process does not require additional pressure.
10 or 13 Bar
Select only where the downstream process requires it after allowing for dryer, filter and pipework losses.
Dry, Filtered Air in One Workstation
G-TEC combines a refrigerated dryer with 5 micron inlet filtration and 1 micron coalescing outlet filtration. The treatment package and automatic condensate management are factory integrated, helping reduce site pipework and installation complexity.

- Allow adequate ventilation and cooling-air clearance
- Provide access for routine servicing and filter replacement
- Check receiver size against demand peaks and available space

What is included in a G-TEC workstation?
The package combines a fixed-speed rotary screw compressor, air receiver, refrigerated dryer, dual filtration, automatic condensate drainage and DNAir2 electronic control.
Should I choose 270 or 500 litres?
The receiver should be selected around demand peaks, available floor space and system stability. A larger receiver stores more air but does not increase the compressor's continuous CFM.
Is fixed speed right for my site?
Fixed speed can be a strong choice where demand is relatively stable and the compressor spends much of its running time loaded. For strongly varying demand, compare the G-TEC VSD range.
Can Compressed Air Systems UK install and service G-TEC?
Yes. Installation, pipework, commissioning, planned servicing, repairs and ongoing technical support are available subject to the equipment and site.
