Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
If an item is marked as “Available on Back Order” or “Out of Stock,” it is typically made to order by our in-house team and will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days. Please contact us for an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
UK Mainland Delivery Costs
When adding an item to your basket, our website calculates your delivery charges based on your location and the item’s weight. If you are unsure, please check the “Basket totals” for confirmation. Please note that our cut-off time for processing orders the same day is 2:00 PM. If your order is urgent, please reply to your order confirmation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery is FREE on all orders placed via our website totalling £250 or more (UK Mainland Only).
Courier Information
In most cases, a courier will be used for delivery. This will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. For stocked items, please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. For non-stocked items, please allow additional time. We will contact you to confirm any extra charges and your delivery date.
Additional Charges for Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Deliveries to the following locations will incur additional charges and may take up to two working days longer:
– The Scottish Highlands & Islands
– The Isle of Wight

– Northern Ireland

UK Standard Delivery Details
You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that is convenient for you, including hospitals, airports, and prisons. You can enter specific delivery instructions when placing your order, and we will pass them on to our courier. However, Compressed Air Systems UK is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
Holiday Delivery Notice
Please note that during festive seasons or bank holidays, deliveries will take longer than usual. During this time, deliveries are expected within 9 working days (excluding Sundays) of placing your order. We will confirm the expected delivery date when you place your order.
We are unable to deliver on bank holidays, so please allow an extra working day for this.
Delivery Timing
Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 17:00, and in most cases, a signature may be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel and there isn’t a safe place to leave it, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
