– Safe Threading Practices: Utilise nipples with taper threads (R) with Teflon tape for secure sealing, ensuring that no tape enters the unit. For straight-thread nipples (G), always apply a sealing washer to guarantee a leak-proof connection.
– Material Sensitivity: Exercise caution with polycarbonate bowls; these may become compromised or fail if exposed to synthetic oils, thinners, solvents, trichloroethylene, kerosene, or other aromatic hydrocarbons, which can lead to hazardous situations.
Pressure Setting:
To adjust pressure accurately, pull the knob outward and turn it clockwise to increase the pressure to the desired level. After setting the pressure, push the knob back into its locked position to secure your settings. Conversely, turning the knob counter-clockwise will gradually decrease the pressure, providing you with the flexibility needed for various applications.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
If an item is marked as “Available on Back Order” or “Out of Stock,” it is typically made to order by our in-house team and will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days. Please contact us for an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
UK Mainland Delivery Costs
When adding an item to your basket, our website calculates your delivery charges based on your location and the item’s weight. If you are unsure, please check the “Basket totals” for confirmation. Please note that our cut-off time for processing orders the same day is 2:00 PM. If your order is urgent, please reply to your order confirmation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Courier Information
In most cases, a courier will be used for delivery. This will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. For stocked items, please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. For non-stocked items, please allow additional time. We will contact you to confirm any extra charges and your delivery date.
Additional Charges for Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Deliveries to the following locations will incur additional charges and may take up to two working days longer:

UK Standard Delivery Details
You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that is convenient for you, including hospitals, airports, and prisons. You can enter specific delivery instructions when placing your order, and we will pass them on to our courier. However, Compressed Air Systems UK is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
Holiday Delivery Notice
Please note that during festive seasons or bank holidays, deliveries will take longer than usual. During this time, deliveries are expected within 9 working days (excluding Sundays) of placing your order. We will confirm the expected delivery date when you place your order.
We are unable to deliver on bank holidays, so please allow an extra working day for this.
Delivery Timing
Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 17:00, and in most cases, a signature may be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel and there isn’t a safe place to leave it, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

I can't recommend CAS UK enough. We had a Clarke for a couple of years that we abused running it 12 hours a day. We found CAS UK when it needed a repair, and we were very impressed with how quickly they responded and came out to repair and service the machine.
Our business started to expand and we needed a large compressor with a proper airlines feeding our machines and work stations. The guys from CAS supplied the new compressor and worked flat out getting the machine and pipe working in. They're a brilliant group of lads with a great work ethic and really easy to communicate with.
We'll 100% continue to use and recommend them.
