FINI MICRO Complete Air Packages

MICRO Receiver Mounted with Dryer

Compact fixed-speed rotary screw compressor packages from 2.2 kW to 5.5 kW, combining the compressor, air receiver and integrated refrigerated dryer in one space-saving system.

Compressor, Receiver & Dryer in One Package

The FINI MICRO ES range is designed for workshops and smaller industrial users that want a compact screw-compressor installation with compressed-air storage and refrigerated drying built into the same package.

The range covers 2.2 kW, 3 kW, 4 kW and 5.5 kW duties, with airflow up to 25.4 CFM. It includes 230V single-phase options at 2.2 kW as well as 415V three-phase models.

Receiver capacities include 200 litres on the smaller models, with 270 and 500 litre options available on selected 5.5 kW packages.

Models are ordered by motor size, then pressure and receiver size, making it easier to compare like-for-like packages.

Choose the compressor by required airflow and pressure first, then select the receiver size to suit stored-air demand. The integrated refrigerated dryer helps reduce moisture before air reaches downstream equipment.

Why Choose the Package?

Three Major System Components in a Compact Format

Rotary Screw Compressor

Provides the continuous compressed-air output for the application in an enclosed, compact industrial package.

Air Receiver

Adds stored compressed air and helps smooth short-term fluctuations in demand.

Refrigerated Dryer

Reduces moisture before the compressed air reaches downstream pipework and equipment.

Compact Footprint

Combining major components into one packaged system can simplify positioning compared with installing each item separately.

Receiver Size

200L, 270L or 500L?

The 200 litre receiver is used across the 2.2, 3 and 4 kW packages. The 5.5 kW controller-equipped models add 270 litre options, with 500 litre receivers available on selected 8 and 10 bar versions.

Receiver capacity does not increase compressor CFM. Choose the compressor by required airflow and pressure first, then select the receiver size to support the application's storage and demand pattern.
Pressure & Airflow

Choose the Lowest Pressure That Meets the Job

The live range includes 8 bar, 10 bar and selected 13 bar models. As operating pressure rises, available airflow generally falls, so the correct pressure should be based on what the equipment actually needs at the point of use.

  • 2.2 kW: 11.5 CFM at 8 bar, 8.5–10.2 CFM at 10 bar
  • 3 kW: 15.2 CFM at 8 bar, 13.6 CFM at 10 bar
  • 4 kW: 20.5 CFM at 8 bar, 17.1 CFM at 10 bar
  • 5.5 kW: 25.4 CFM at 8 bar, 22.9 CFM at 10 bar, 17 CFM at 13 bar
230V or 415V?

Single-Phase Options at 2.2 kW

The smaller end of the range includes 230V single-phase MICRO SE M packages as well as 415V versions. From 3 kW upward, the current live models shown here are 415V three-phase.

Always confirm the available electrical supply and installation requirements before ordering.

Dry Air

What the Integrated Dryer Does

Compressing air concentrates moisture. The onboard refrigerated dryer cools the compressed air so a significant proportion of that moisture can be separated before it enters downstream pipework.

Additional filtration may still be needed depending on the required air quality, process and equipment being supplied.

Correct Sizing

Size the Compressor Around Real Air Demand

  • Add the CFM of equipment that may operate at the same time
  • Confirm the minimum working pressure required at the point of use
  • Allow sensible capacity for system leakage and future demand
  • Consider daily operating hours and duty cycle
  • Check whether 200L, 270L or 500L storage best suits short demand peaks
Installation & Support

Plan the Complete Compressed-Air Installation

Before installation, check ventilation, electrical supply, service access, pipework, isolation, condensate disposal and any downstream filtration required by the application.

Compressed Air Systems UK can assist with compressor selection, installation, pipework, commissioning, planned servicing and ongoing support.

FAQs

FINI MICRO Receiver + Dryer FAQs

How many models are in the current range?

The current live range contains 15 MICRO receiver-mounted-with-dryer models.

What is the highest airflow available?

The current range reaches 25.4 CFM on the 5.5 kW 8 bar models.

Are any models single phase?

Yes. The 2.2 kW MICRO SE M range includes 230V single-phase receiver-mounted packages with integrated dryer.

What does ES mean on these MICRO models?

On this range, ES identifies the versions supplied with an integrated refrigerated dryer.

Are these variable-speed compressors?

No. The current MICRO receiver-mounted-with-dryer models are fixed-speed belt-driven rotary screw compressors.

Which receiver sizes are available?

The live range uses 200L receivers on the 2.2–4 kW models, with 270L and selected 500L options on 5.5 kW packages.

Do I still need additional filtration?

Possibly. The refrigerated dryer reduces moisture, but particulate or oil-removal filtration may still be required depending on the air-quality requirement.
