A Flexible Base-Mount Compressor Range
Floor-mounted PLUS models are ideal where a suitable air receiver and treatment equipment are already installed, or where the receiver, dryer and filtration will be selected separately.
The broad power range makes it possible to match smaller workshop duties through to higher-output industrial systems without paying for packaged components you do not need.

Configuration & Sizing Guide
Existing Receiver
A floor-mounted compressor can connect into a suitable existing receiver and treatment system.
Separate Air Treatment
Choose the dryer and filtration around the required air quality, site temperature and delivered airflow.
Pressure Choice
Select the lowest pressure that reliably meets the process after allowing for system pressure drop.
Future Demand
Allow sensible growth without substantially oversizing the compressor for today’s normal load.
Sizing tip: choose from the compressor’s actual delivered airflow and required pressure. Allow sensible spare capacity and check the effect of site conditions on the dryer where air treatment is included.
Installation Considerations
Confirm the available three-phase electrical supply, protective devices, ventilation, service clearances, pipework size, receiver arrangement, condensate drainage and air-treatment requirements before installation. Higher-output compressors can require significant electrical and ventilation provision, so the final installation should be checked against the selected model and site.

When is a floor-mounted compressor the best choice?
It is usually the most flexible option where a suitable receiver and air-treatment equipment already exist or will be selected separately.
What pressure options are available?
The fixed-speed floor range includes nominal 8, 10 and 13 bar variants, with selected smaller models also available for 15 bar duties.
Is the whole range 400V three-phase?
These industrial PLUS models are intended for three-phase installations. Confirm the exact electrical data and protection requirements for the selected model before installation.
Can you size the receiver and dryer separately?
Yes. We can help select receiver capacity, refrigerated or adsorption drying, filtration and condensate management around the compressor and application.
