PLUS variable-speed compressors adjust motor speed as compressed-air demand changes, making them particularly useful on production sites with a genuinely variable load profile.
A VSD compressor should still be sized carefully: if demand is steady for most of the working day, a correctly sized fixed-speed machine can remain the better choice.

VSD is strongest where air consumption rises and falls materially during the working day.
8 Bar
Higher maximum airflow is available where the process does not require 10 bar.
10 Bar
Choose when the plant genuinely needs the additional pressure after system losses.
Integrated Dryer
Selected 22 kW and 37 kW ES VS models include a refrigerated dryer.
Sizing tip: choose from the compressor’s actual delivered airflow and required pressure. Allow sensible spare capacity and check the effect of site conditions on the dryer where air treatment is included.
Installation Considerations
Confirm the available three-phase electrical supply, protective devices, ventilation, service clearances, pipework size, receiver arrangement, condensate drainage and air-treatment requirements before installation. Higher-output compressors can require significant electrical and ventilation provision, so the final installation should be checked against the selected model and site.
