Match the Coupling Profile Before the Thread
Quick-release fittings can share the same BSP thread size while using completely different plug and coupling profiles. Match the existing profile first, then confirm the threaded or hose-tail connection.
For compressed-air systems, the complete assembly should also be suitable for the system pressure, temperature, airflow and working environment.
