QR100 High-Flow Quick Release Fittings

QR100 fittings are intended for compressed-air installations where airflow performance and rapid connection changes are important. Their larger connection profile can help reduce restriction compared with smaller-bore couplings when the rest of the hose and airline system is correctly sized.

Coupling Body and Tail Adaptor Compatibility

The female coupling body contains the locking sleeve and internal seal. The male tail adaptor plugs into the body to complete the quick-release connection.

QR100 fittings should be paired with the same 100 Series profile. PCL, Euro, QR100 and other coupling profiles may look similar but should not be assumed to connect safely or seal correctly.

Installation and Safety Guidance

• Isolate and depressurise the system before installation or removal.
• Confirm the coupling and adaptor use the same profile.
• Check the BSP thread size and male or female connection.
• Use suitable thread sealing methods where required.
• Support hoses to avoid excessive side loading on the fitting.
• Inspect seals, locking sleeves and adaptors for wear or damage.
• Pressure-test the completed connection and check for leaks.
