Product Overview
PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) system with auto darkening welding helmet. Lithium battery powered respirator unit provides the user with a constant filtered stream of air to their head and face for up to approximately 8hr. The filter is designed to reduce or remove dust and particles but not vapours and gases. The kit meets performance class TH2 (less than 2% inward leakage) according to EN 12941:1998/A2:2008. Adjustable airflow settings of 150/180/210L/min. Features an audible alarm to alert user of low battery/low airflow. Inner hood has protective clear visor to BS EN166 standards. Welding helmet has adjustable shade control from 9-13 and 5-8. Fully automatic switching from light to dark on striking arc @ 1/25,000s. Solar panel power supply to welding helmet. Contoured design helmet with adjustable headband for added comfort. Suitable for MIG, TIG MMA/ARC welding, cutting and grinding. Complies with BS EN379, EN175, EN166, EN12941 and DIN standards.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Items

UK Mainland Delivery Costs
When adding an item to your basket, our website calculates your delivery charges based on your location and the item’s weight. If you are unsure, please check the “Basket totals” for confirmation. Please note that our cut-off time for processing orders the same day is 2:00 PM. If your order is urgent, please reply to your order confirmation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Courier Information
In most cases, a courier will be used for delivery. This will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. For stocked items, please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. For non-stocked items, please allow additional time. We will contact you to confirm any extra charges and your delivery date.
Additional Charges for Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Deliveries to the following locations will incur additional charges and may take up to two working days longer:

UK Standard Delivery Details
You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that is convenient for you, including hospitals, airports, and prisons. However, Compressed Air Systems UK is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.
Holiday Delivery Notice
Please note that during festive seasons or bank holidays, deliveries will take longer than usual. During this time, deliveries are expected within 9 working days (excluding Sundays) of placing your order. We will confirm the expected delivery date when you place your order.
We are unable to deliver on bank holidays, so please allow an extra working day for this.
Delivery Timing
Delivery will take place between 07:00 and 17:00, and in most cases, a signature may be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel and there isn’t a safe place to leave it, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
