Recoil-start engines offer a simple, self-contained starting system without relying on a battery. They are well suited to portable equipment and straightforward applications.

Electric Start

Electric-start engines provide more convenient starting for larger machinery, frequent-use equipment and installations where repeated manual starting would be impractical.

Electric-start replacement engines may require a compatible battery, wiring, charging circuit and control arrangement.

Installation and Maintenance Guidance

Match the original engine power, shaft, rotation and mounting dimensions.
