Integrated Air and Suction for Dental Practices

The MGF Combi-Air systems below combine an oil-free compressor, receiver, membrane dryer and semi-wet suction unit within one compact assembly. They provide a practical route where a dental practice wants to reduce plant-room footprint and keep compressed-air and suction equipment together.

The three configurations scale from the 24/10 GENESI MC for smaller installations through to the 30/25 PRIME MC for practices with higher simultaneous demand.

Selection note: chair count is a useful starting point, but final sizing should be based on the actual connected equipment, simultaneous air demand, suction requirement, working pressure, ventilation, electrical supply and installation conditions.

MGF lists these dryer-equipped models at 230V / 50Hz and states the maximum pressure setting can be adjusted up to 8 bar.

What to Check Before Choosing a Combi-Air

Simultaneous Chair DemandConfirm how many treatment units may be operating at the same time and the air demand of the instruments connected to them.
Suction RequirementCheck the number of suction users, expected duty and whether the semi-wet Hybrid arrangement matches the practice layout.
Working PressureSize from free-air delivery at the required pressure. Do not compare models using displacement or maximum pressure alone.
Moisture ControlThese MC models include membrane drying. Confirm the connected equipment's dew-point requirement before specifying the complete installation.
Electrical & VentilationAllow for the correct electrical protection, heat rejection, ventilation, service access and condensate arrangements in the plant area.
Complete Air-System RequirementOil-free compression and an integrated dryer do not by themselves establish final dental-air suitability; the complete system and connected equipment requirements must be considered.
