Are MGF Pure Air compressors oil-free?
Yes. The Pure Air families shown here use oil-free compressor technology so compressor lubricant is not introduced into the compression process.
What is the difference between the membrane and desiccant dryer routes?
MGF membrane-dryer models are commonly designed around a maximum pressure dew point of approximately -20 C, while selected adsorption/desiccant systems are designed for substantially lower dew points around -40 C. The exact requirement should be confirmed for the application and model.
Which MGF range is intended for CAD/CAM?
X-Line is the specialist heavy-duty family developed for intensive or continuous compressed-air demand, including dental CAD/CAM and milling applications. Final sizing still depends on the equipment flow and pressure requirements.
Does oil-free automatically mean suitable for every dental or medical installation?
No. Oil-free compression does not by itself establish final system suitability or compliance. Drying, filtration, duty, pressure, pipework, commissioning, maintenance and application-specific requirements must also be considered.
