A compressor package brings together the compressor and the accessories needed for a specific job, helping you avoid mismatched hoses, tools and fittings. The key is still to size the compressor around the highest air-demand item in the package.
A compressor package combines a compressor with useful accessories for a particular workshop or DIY task. That might include an air hose, quick-release fittings, a blow gun, tyre inflator or impact wrench.
The advantage is convenience: rather than buying components separately, the package gives you a practical starting point built around one compressor.
The live page currently includes three package combinations based around the Nuair NB2800B/100/3M TECH PRO 230V compressor. All three legacy product links and their original kit photography are retained.

Built around the Nuair NB2800B/100/3M TECH PRO 230V compressor.

A flexible starter package for a range of workshop and general compressed-air tasks.

Suited to tyre inflation, blow-gun work and general garage compressed-air use.
CFM is the most important starting point when matching a compressor to pneumatic tools. A tool that consumes more air than the compressor can replenish will eventually pull the system pressure down.
The compressor must also meet the required working pressure, but a higher maximum pressure does not compensate for inadequate CFM.
The receiver stores compressed air and helps manage short bursts of demand. A bigger receiver does not make the compressor pump produce more airflow.
The original page includes a large air-consumption table. These values preserve that useful buying guidance in a cleaner format. Treat them as approximate starting points and always check the actual tool manufacturer's specification.
| Air Tool | Typical Pressure | Approx. Air Consumption |
|---|---|---|
| Air Drill | 6.2 bar | 4.5 CFM |
| Angle Grinder 5" | 6.2 bar | 5.5 CFM |
| Belt Sander 3" | 6.2 bar | 6.5 CFM |
| Hammer / Chisel | 6.2 bar | 4.5 CFM |
| Die Grinder | 6.2 bar | 8.5 CFM |
| Orbital Sander | 6.2 bar | 6.5 CFM |
| Impact Wrench 1/2" | 6.2 bar | 4.5 CFM |
| Impact Wrench 1" | 6.2 bar | 12.5 CFM |
| Spray Gun | 6.2 bar | 9.5 CFM |
| Paint Sprayer | 6.2 bar | 12.0 CFM |
| Small Sandblaster | 6.2 bar | 10.0 CFM |
| Medium Sandblaster | 6.2 bar | 20.0 CFM |
| Large Sandblaster | 6.2 bar | 45.0 CFM |
| Small Blow Gun | 6.2 bar | 2.0 CFM |
| Medium Blow Gun | 6.2 bar | 3.0 CFM |
| Large Blow Gun | 6.2 bar | 5.0 CFM |
It depends on the package. The current live combinations include the compressor plus items such as hose, fittings, a blow gun, tyre inflator, impact wrench or multi-piece accessory kit.
Not necessarily. The receiver gives you more stored air, but the compressor still has to replenish it. Tool selection should be based primarily on available CFM and pressure.
Only if the compressor can meet their combined airflow demand at the required pressure. Add the simultaneous CFM demand and allow sensible spare capacity.
Yes. Send the tools or processes you want to run, their CFM requirements, available electrical supply and expected usage and we can help narrow down the right compressor and accessories.
