Nobel Fixed Speed Industrial Compressors

Fixed-speed compressors are generally strongest where compressed air demand is relatively stable and the machine can operate efficiently for long loaded periods.

Choose floor mounted where a suitable receiver and air-treatment system already exist, or where these components will be specified separately.

This package includes a refrigerated dryer while allowing the compressor to connect to a separate receiver. It is useful where an existing receiver can remain in service.

Choose receiver mounted where local air storage is required and a suitable receiver is not already installed. The receiver does not increase continuous delivered airflow.

This is the most complete packaged route and can simplify installation. The dryer must still suit compressor airflow, ambient conditions and required air quality.

Select from required free air delivery, working pressure, simultaneous demand, daily running hours and sensible future growth. Do not choose from motor kW or receiver capacity alone.

Confirm electrical supply, ventilation, service access, receiver capacity, dryer and filtration requirements, condensate management and pipework sizing.
