NOBEL Variable Speed Series (Range from 7.5kW – 15kW) – From 7 CFM to 88 CFM Available - Receiver Mounted with Dryer
The advantages offered by the new NOBEL PM range are considerable:
The compressed air generated is aligned to the system requirements and is achieved by regulating the speed of the electric motor, which can range from 15% to 100% of the maximum speed. Excellent and precise pressure control of the pneumatic system, in a range 6 to 13 bar, depending on the chosen compressor model. Accurate and optimised cooling of the compressor is obtained through the use of efficient, powerful and quiet radial fans.
Highlights:
- 1: 1 Direct drive System Means no drive belts to service, improved reliability, zero energy losses (standard drive belts may lose between 4% and 11% of the energy transferred from motor to compressor) and very low rotational speed for a longer service life.
- PERMANENT MAGNET motor with synchronous drive: – provides higher efficiency over a wider speed range when compared to induction motors. This allows the Nobel PM to operate at between 18% and 100% of the available capacity, avoiding costly idling operation even at low demand.
- Variable speed drive – The Permanent Magnet motor provides the maximum energy savings and a subsequent reduction in CO2 emissions. The system provides a continuously adjusted air output in line with your actual usage, meaning that you only generate the volume of air that you need- Reduced energy wastage- NO over pressurisation and up to 28% reduction in the energy consumed.
- Low noise levels. The Nobel operates more quietly than competitive compressors. Thanks to the direct drive system, low rotational speed of the compressor, temperature-controlled cooling and sophisticated cabinet design the Nobel range offers noise levels as low as 58 dB(A).
- Highest performance. Thanks to the direct drive system, lower rotational speed, lower temperature and optimised air end design, Nobel provides higher output with lower power consumption when compared to other compressors.
- LOGIN Controller. All NOBEL models are equipped with the new LOGIN electronic controller with touch-screen display. In addition to full control of all compressor functions, it also stores the data on a specific memory card, so as to manage multiple compressors (up to 8 units, even different types) and for remote control via SMS Device 2.0 that can be matched to the control unit.
- Advanced cooling system. The deployment of the thermostatically controlled centrifugal cooling fan with the large surface area heat exchanger for the air and oil cooling ensures, lower operating temperature and lower air outlet temperatures. The automatic operation of the centrifugal cooling fan saves energy by only operating when required.
- Robust and reliable – The NOBEL is designed for continuous use in tough conditions ensuring reliability and a very long life.
- Simple maintenance – All service items are located in one position with easy access reducing costs and down time.
- Long life and reliability – The NOBEL benefits from state-of-the-art manufacturing and over 50 years- experience in the production of air compressors. Most components within the Nobel range are manufactured in-house. Produced by FNA group the world’s largest manufacturer of air compressors.
- TRUST 5 Year Warranty– All Nobel models are available with our comprehensive long-term warranty which is subject to T&C’s
- iE4 – Permanent Magnet Motor
New LOGIN Controller
All NOBEL models are equipped with the new LOGIN electronic controller with touch-screen display. The benefits of using the NOBEL DV with inverter are remarkable:
Continuous control and regulations of the compressed air volume by varying the electric motor’s speed from 100% up to 40% of the maximum speed.
The generated compressed air is therefore constantly proportional to the system requirements.
The pressure control inside the compressed air network is accurately and precisely controlled with a range between 6 and 10 bar, depending on the chosen compressor model.
