Compressor Spare Parts
Find replacement components for air compressors, receivers, controls, drive assemblies and compressed-air systems — from safety valves and pressure switches to pumps, belts, motors and anti-vibration mounts.
Find the Right Compressor Spare Part Faster
Compressor parts should be matched by specification, not appearance alone. Similar-looking pressure switches, valves, motors, gauges and pumps can have different pressure, voltage, flow or dimensional requirements.
Use the search below to jump straight to the part family you need. If you are unsure, send us the compressor manufacturer, model, serial number and any existing part number.

Start With the Machine Details
Provide the compressor manufacturer, full model and serial number. These details are usually the safest starting point for part identification.
Record Existing Part Numbers
Where possible, note any reference printed on the original component, label, casting, motor plate, switch or valve.
Take Clear Photographs
Photos of the data plate and existing part can help identify shape, connection arrangement and dimensions, but should not be used as the only compatibility check.
Check Technical Specification
Depending on the part, compatibility can depend on pressure, voltage, current, thread size, flow direction, dimensions, speed or capacity.
Do Not Order by Appearance Alone
Many compressor components look similar externally while operating at different ratings or using different internal dimensions.
Ask Before Ordering if Unsure
For safety-critical, electrical or pressure-control components, compatibility should be confirmed before installation.

Compressor Spare Parts FAQs
How do I identify the correct compressor spare part?
Provide the compressor manufacturer, full model, serial number and any existing part number. Clear photographs of the data plate and original component can also help.
Can I order a compressor part using only the kW or HP rating?
Usually not. Compressors with the same motor power can use different pumps, valves, belts, controls and electrical components.
Can I replace a safety valve with one that has the same thread?
Not without confirming the set pressure, discharge capacity, certification and application. Thread size alone does not establish suitability.
How do I choose a replacement compressor pump?
Check airflow, pressure, motor power, operating speed, rotation, pulley ratio, mounting dimensions and outlet arrangement. Receiver size alone is not enough.
Should compressor drive belts be replaced as a set?
Where a compressor uses multiple belts together, they should normally be replaced as a matched set to maintain even loading and tension.
Can Compressed Air Systems UK fit replacement parts?
Yes. Compressor servicing, repairs and replacement component fitting are available subject to the equipment and site requirements.
What should I do if the part I need is not shown online?
Contact us with the compressor make, model, serial number, existing part number and photographs. Additional components may be available even if they are not shown in the main online categories.
