NOBEL Fixed Speed Receiver Mounted Compressors with Dryer

Complete NOBEL fixed-speed compressed-air packages from 5.5 kW to 15 kW with receiver, refrigerated dryer and filtration, covering approximately 25 to 74 CFM.

Complete Fixed Speed Compressed Air Packages

These NOBEL packages combine a fixed-speed screw compressor with an air receiver, refrigerated dryer and filtration. They are designed to simplify installation where the site wants a complete treated-air package.

The current receiver-mounted fixed-speed range covers 5.5, 7.5, 11 and 15 kW configurations.

Choose the Right NOBEL Configuration

Airflow & Pressure

Choose from delivered airflow at the required working pressure, not motor power alone.

Receiver Capacity

The receiver provides stored air for short peaks and control stability; it does not increase continuous compressor CFM.

Integrated Dryer

Dryer-equipped NOBEL models include refrigerated air treatment within the package.

Filtration

NOBEL DF packages use inlet and final filtration to provide cleaner, drier compressed air.

Selection tip: Fixed speed is often well suited to stable, predictable air demand where the compressor can spend a high proportion of its operating time loaded.

NOBEL Technology & Installation

NOBEL compressors use direct-drive transmission and the Login electronic controller. Larger NOBEL PM models add permanent-magnet variable-speed technology. Before installation, confirm the three-phase electrical supply, protective devices, ventilation, service clearance, receiver arrangement, condensate management and downstream pipework.

NOBEL Compressor FAQs

How should I choose the correct NOBEL model?

Start with required free air delivery, working pressure, operating hours and the way air demand changes during production. Then choose the package format and air treatment needed by the application.

What is the difference between fixed speed and variable speed?

Fixed-speed compressors are often well suited to steady demand. Variable-speed compressors adjust output as demand changes and can reduce unnecessary off-load operation when the duty profile suits VSD control.

What does a NOBEL DF model include?

DF denotes a dryer-equipped configuration with integrated refrigerated drying and filtration. The exact package depends on the selected model.

Can Compressed Air Systems UK help with installation and servicing?
